At Eggie & Friends, we do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible!

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within one (1) business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 12PM are usually processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 12PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Sometimes, our products sell out fast! If a product is on pre-order, we’ll clearly indicate this on the product page along with an estimated shipping date. You’ll still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We currently ship within Malaysia only, with no international shipping at this time. Orders are delivered using a mix of trusted couriers such as Ninja Van, DHL, Shopee Xpress (SPX), J&T, and Pos Laju to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

Here’s what to expect:

Free shipping for orders RM80 and above
Flat rate of RM8 (WM), RM13 (EM) for orders below RM80
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch (West Malaysia); 3-10 business days after dispatch (East Malaysia)

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery using the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become available.

Didn’t receive your order after 7–10 days? Let us know at hello@eggieandfriends.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we're truly sorry! Please email us at hello@eggieandfriends.com as soon as possible with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item’s condition
(If possible) a video showing the unboxing process, so we can better understand what happened

We’ll review it right away and do our best to find a solution that leaves both you and your furkid happy. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make things right.
