We aim to process all orders within two (2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Sometimes, our products sell out fast! If a product is on pre-order, we’ll clearly indicate this on the product page along with an estimated shipping date. You’ll still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.
Orders are delivered using a mix of trusted couriers such as Ninja Van, DHL, Shopee Xpress (SPX), J&T, and Pos Laju to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide.
